Kindred Minds is a cohort-based membership with regular group sessions to help manage their mental health and explore life’s bigger questions with others who get it. We hope to build an experience that leaves people feeling more aligned and connected with themselves others. We prioritize community over everything else. When you sign up for membership, you will join a cohort of 8-10 other people along with a facilitator and will meet twice a month for 3 month increments.
Throughout our program, you'll learn about evidence-backed frameworks to manage stress and anxiety such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatic Therapy, meditation, and mindfulness. By the time you complete your first three months, our hope is that you've built meaningful relationships with people in your cohort and cultivated a deeper sense of meaning for yourself.
